Saphire-Bluesky Premier Lounge located in the waiting room of the domestic International Airport Kualanamu branch Deli Serdang, was inaugurated on 6th September 2018 by the Director of HR and IT, Tina T Kemala Intan. In addition to getting the service Check-In Assistance, Saphire-Bluesky Premier Lounges provide facilities that will spoil the user services such as service a more exclusive lounge facilities, a shower room, a small mosque reflexiologi, meeting room, nursery room, and a menu of food markedly.
According to the Director of APS Maulidin Wahid Honre, Saphire-Bluesky Premier Lounge Check-In with the service Assistance is the result of innovation companies to give satisfaction to the customer so that the customer gets one experience or ' airport experience ' that prioritizes user convenience for service at the airport visited.
